Welcome to Tombstone Indy! We're a small family operated kennel located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Aside from the obvious affinity for the breed, our mission is to better the breed within each new generation. Our breeding stock is exclusively selected with temperament, size (height,width and weight), genetics and intelligence given extraordinary measure. Our objective is to produce an intelligent animal. Capable of being trained to perform any working task, emphasis on family protection. We produce the contemporary standard of the American Pit Bull Terrier. Large head, heavily muscled, dense bone structure, immense-wide chest, large hindquarters and free of genetic flaws. Our breeding program instills the above mentioned characteristics into an amazingly athletic, beautifully compact companion.
Many modern breeders focus soley on a distinct bloodline. Understandably so, as they speak for themselves. However, Tombstone Indy varies greatly from this practice. Our breeding stock was/is discriminately selected based upon the animal itself, its' siblings, parents and lineage. Give respect where respect is due. Of course we've invested and incorporated blood from Razor's Edge, Watchdog, Gotti, Mikeland, Muggleston and many others, as the aforementioned have paved the road and truly set the American Bully standard. Nonetheless, our dedication and commitment dictate a genetically diverse animal of which we're proud of and stand upon.
Tombstone Indy offers puppy packages which include on-leash basic obedience training, in German or English, ear cropping if desired, and a detailed health warranty. A basic puppy purchase includes a written, detailed health warranty, a signed sales contract, and all registration documents pertaining to the animal being purchased. Our stock is U.K.C. registered (United Kennel Club), as well as A.D.B.A. registered (American Dog Breeder's Association).
